Delete your Dicebound account
Dicebound by Bryant Van Orden. You can delete your account and the data we keep for it at any time.
Option 1: in the app (fastest)
- Open Dicebound and tap Account (or Settings > About & legal > Delete my account and cloud data).
- Tap Delete my account and cloud data and confirm twice.
- Confirm with Google when asked. Everything below is removed straight away.
Before you start: cancel any subscription in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions), and cash out or convert your creator earnings. Unspent credits and earnings are lost when the account is deleted.
Option 2: by email (if you cannot open the app)
Email vanordensolutionsllc@gmail.com from the Google address you signed in with, with the subject Delete my Dicebound account. We may ask you to confirm it is you. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted
- Your profile, friends, friend requests, blocks, invites and push tokens.
- Your cloud backups (characters, saves, campaigns) and cloud pictures, and your custom avatar.
- Your published campaigns. Copies that other people already bought or downloaded stay with them.
- Reviews you wrote.
- In group chats: the messages and pictures you sent. Direct chats you were in are deleted for both people.
- Your AI credit wallet and subscription entitlements, and your list of owned campaigns.
What we keep, and for how long

Data on your phone (heroes, saves, pictures, downloaded models) is not touched; remove the app or its storage to delete it.
